I have seen this behavior in our environment as well. I have not found a
solution however I have found that simply hitting the browser refresh
button will open OWA correctly. Curious to see if there is a solution
out there.

Subject: [exchangelist] OWA issue for only one user
I have exchange 2003 sp1 running on windows 2003. There is a FE / BE
One user is getting the below error when logged through FE. But from BE
it works fine.

You are not authorized to view this page

HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
Internet Explorer

Checked permission it seems to be OK. Another user had faced this
problem, then i had deleted the mailbox and re-created which solved the
problem. But for this case i dont want to do the same thing.
Need your help on this.
