OWA requires read, write, and delete access to the WebTemp and System Temp
folders. It's easy to find in the MSKB--but only if you know the Q number.

owa client has email, but the text and attachments not available, blank. I
have exchange 5.5 sp4 on nt 4.0 sp6a, and ie4. That problem started after
the installation of the security patch ms03-047 for owa.
