Thank you, for making that clear I was under the assumption it was something
I forgot
to enable. I guess it will be an added feature on the next generation

  But You can search the global address list in OWA by entering key
information; however, you cannot browse the entire list for an address. For
example, when composing a new mail message, if you know the first letter
(e.g., "b") of the last name of the person to whom you plan to send your

      1.. In the New Message window, click the "To:" button.
      2.. In the Addressbook window, in the upper-left text box, type the
letter b and click the "Search" button.
      3.. You may have to wait a minute or two, depending on how long the
resulting list will be. But eventually, all users whose last name begins
with "b"will appear.
