OWA access to one mailbox from multiple accounts

Hi. A client running Exchange 5.5 SP3 on Windows 2000, wants two network
accounts to access a single mailbox via OWA. The account that's set as
primary obviously has no problem accessing it, but the secondary account
to which I've given access to the mailbox gets an error when logging in
to OWA: "error accessing your inbox." Is there a way to do this?
