this sounds like it would be a firewall or proxy related issue. Do not worry about the backofficestorage. It will always show an error since it is only used by Exchange itself. -----Original Message----- From: Darien Allen [mailto:dallen@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tue 11/19/2002 1:12 PM To: [ExchangeList] Cc: Subject: [exchangelist] OWA Question http://www.MSExchange.org/ Excuse the Exchange ignorance as this is a learn as I go position. ;) I noticed today that my OWA isn't functionality external(from home), but internally it's fine... in looking at Internet Information Services I notice there's an error on the folder named Exadmin it can't find the path... a folder that is called BackOfficeStorage. I haven't been able to find the folder either. Speaking to one of the employees they confirm that OWA was working earlier this year then suddenly stopped. Are the two related? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Darien Allen Center for Poverty Solutions --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
