James, I had this problem before, you just need to do the windows update on the client's machine. I think zoran is right some of the I.E files become corrupeted and you need to install them again. The best way what i did to install all the critical updates and its running fine. Let us know if the problems still exits we will try our best to resolve it, Basit I.T. Just uninstall it. If this is not your problem, then reapply default settings on IE>Tools>Internet options>Advanced>Restore defaults, if it is OK with your security issues. If this doesn't help, I would reinstall IE. Anyway, it seems to be a client side problem. Do you have any additional app on these clients? Some clients, not all have the problem. Both on internal and external clients. Do you have problems accessing it from the internal network. Did the client get any message while trying to open these icons? -----Original Message----- From: James Collard [mailto:jcollard@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2004 10:57 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] OWA Problem http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi, has anyone seen this problem: A client is connecting to EXCH 2003, using OWA over IE6.
