I ever experienced that, and it was caused by security level in IE,
after I lower the security level one step. it loaded normally.

One user at one of my clients is experiencing the page loading issue
after logging on where it just sits there and says loading, but never
completes.
I can not find reference to this right now and the MS KB is not
reachable right now.
Can some one please point me at either the page in the archives or a KB
or other that describes this problem and the solution?
This is on E2K SP3 on W2K SP3 DC.
