OWA Logout Error

Hi Everyone,
Clicking Log Off on the left side of the OWA window generates an HTTP 500 -
Internal server error. Here's an example URL:
http://mail.atfantasy.com/exchange/Osmosis/?Cmd=logoff
Any idea why this is happening? Or, more importantly, how to fix it?
