OWA Log Off: "HTTP 500" error

Hello all! I'm using OWA (basic authentication & SSL). Get subject error
when logging off. Have tried MSKB Q318239 solution (i.e., set
ExchWeb\Bin virtual directory as web application in IIS). Still doesn't
work. Can't find any other info on the web regarding this issue. Any
clues? Thanks so much!
