OWA GC

I have an issue with the Global Address and Contact list in OWA. I have
several different UPN's; example: domain1.com, domain2.com, domain3.com.
Exchange was setup on domain1.com so was AD so that RPC over HTTP would
work flawlessly.
When I login as username@xxxxxxxxxxx via OWA and already have a few
contacts added the account when I try to write a new email and click on
the "TO" then put "*" in the full name field, or leave it blank, or even
put the persons name in the server is unable to find that person, I have
tried this on the Global Address list and the Contact list and have
gotten the same results.
How do I go about fixing this first off? And how to setup the GC so that
only the people in domain1.com can see their own contacts and no one
else in domain2.com etc?
