OWA Error ?

I have a user that is getting the following when he logs into OWA. I
have tried his account internally and externally from our network and it
works for me. So not sure what to be looking for or if it is a problem
with the users home pc. Below is a segment of his email to me. The
username has been omitted after the 2nd = sign.
I tried to get my email from home and when
I typed in my user name and password I got the following uder user name
