The error is a general access denied. Robby, can you post the steps you took

i am trying to use password changing using OWA thu IIS authentication, i was
able to enable the feature however when my users try to change their password
thru OWA here is the error they get Internet Service Manager
for Internet Information Server 6.0
Error number: -2147024891
anyone? pls help mo on this thanks!
