OWA Attachment

Hi All 

Any one knows about this error msg while downloading an attachment from the
OWA 2003 

 

The error is 

The file could not be written to the cache.

 

I tried Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 820845 but it is the same. 

Any help will be appreciated
