OWA Access Problem

I am having some sort of authentication problem using OWA. Here is the strange
part. Some users can authenticate, while others cannot. Each have http
enabled, logon local rights. IIS authentication for everyone is basic
authentication and Windows integrated authentication. I have tried only using
clear text on the directories that are denied access, but it doesn't help.
Since everyone was added to exchange at the same time, they all have the same
settings, I don't know if it is an active directory problem or IIS. Any
suggestions?
