Your URL is fine. I haven't personally done 2 way ADC set up yet. However,
since both the servers are part of one site (mail.domain.com) I think you
can accomplish what you are trying to do.

1. I presume you are moving from Ex 5.5 to Ex 2K
2. Therefore you are better off with only one OWA active
3. My suggestion is to have the Ex 2K as the OWA server.

Beyond this I don't know anything else yet. Will be nice to see what the
others have to say here.
