If you already have Exchange CALs for the users, then you don't need to
double up. However, every OWA user does need a CAL. The precise wording
is pretty obtuse. If you need it, I would refer you to the Product Use
Rights available at Microsoft.com/licensing.

I was just informed by someone on another forum that Microsoft requires
you to purchase additional CALs per OWA user is this true? I would have
thought OWA was apart of Exchange thus there would be no need to
additional CALs for the component itself.
