You don't need to purchase extra CALs for users who already have them for
non-OWA use of Exchange.

I was just informed by someone on another forum that Microsoft requires you
to purchase additional CALs per OWA user is this true? I would have thought
OWA was apart of Exchange thus there would be no need to additional CALs for
the component itself.
