IIRC, in Exchange 2000 you cannot create an address list based on OU
membership. You can populate each member of the OU with a "seed" attribute
that identifies them as a member you'd like to include however.
If there is another way, it's likely going to be found in the hosting
documents that Microsoft used to publish. Search the website to find out
where they moved the docs to.
