found an online service but you have to pay a monthly fee.

Does anyone know what software is used to create the blog at
http://msexchangeteam.com/default.aspx ?  We would like something like
this to keep track of changes made to our servers.  Each IT
administrator would login and post changes he/she ad made to each server
listed on the left side of the site.
