Guys,
Just got a call from one of my customers and he wants us to help on
making their IT Budget. I would like to know how you people do your IT
Budget and what kind of overheads and other cost you include in that.
This company is planning to get an ERP and acquiring some new business
next year..
If you have any templates or something like that if you wish to share..I
will be grateful..
