Hi Brandon,
Well, I though the few solutions that the list members gave me was
enough, now there is even more.
One thing I have noticed is that a lot of helpdesk software is just a
ticket tracking system, rather than a more feature rich helpdesk
environment. I will have a good look through the products mentioned in
your link.
