What do you mean by "public list"?

Exchange ActiveSync will only sync your personal Email, Contacts,
Calendar and Tasks.
It cannot sync Public Folders, and doesn't not sync the Global Address
List.

For Global Address List lookups you have to use an online lookup tool.
This is built-in Windows Mobile 5.0 with the Messaging and Security
Feature Pack (MSFP), and is a separate download from Microsoft for
previous versions.

If you want to sync public folders then you will have to look for a
third party synchronisation tool, but those will not work "over the
air", so would only sync when the device is connected to its host PC.

Simon.

Thanks for your response. I guess what I am really asking is if it
synchronizes when you are not "docked"

ie - if a contact is updated on a public list - will the pda get
updated? Or do you have to sync up at the docking station.

If you use active sync then it will work very well

Subject: [ExchangeList] SMTP domain for OMA

Hello everyone,

When I add a new carrier to enable OMA, under SMTP domain, should I put
my own domain or carrier? If the carrier, anyone knows what it is for
T-Mobile?

Thanks
