OMA Html emails

Enviornment:
Windows 2003 Server domain Controller
Exchange 2003 SP2, OMA via ssl
All is working faily well except emails from one of the companies we do
business with are not readable via OMA over air sync, one the user syncs
through Cradle on a PC the email is readable, I think I need to enable
or disable Mail format on the Exchange server to fix this but can't find
any links on the Internet or I aint using the right search words to find
an answer. Can someone point me in the right direction.
