Have a client who has reported that they are not receiving e-mails. Sending via Exchange Server is working fine (therefore port 25 is working). Have configured a POP3 account on one of their machines, receiving there works fine (therefore port 110 is working). Internet Browsing is working OK. Have found that I cannot ping their IP address (was able to last week). Was working fine yesterday. Have reset their modem & their Firewall/router. This client is a solicitor and is waiting for briefs to come through via e-mail for a trial on Monday. Any suggestions would be useful. Stephen Hartley NetAbility Brisbane, Australia
