RE: Not receiving external email

After testing my DNS at www. DNSreport.com, my MX record are ok, but the Mail
servers(connet to mail servers "FAIL") is timing out, I ping my mail server and
it is timing out at my ISP. My DNS is hosted by crystaltech.com

That means you are sending main out OK and the problem is receiving mail. That
tells me that there is something to do with edither blocking all the IP address
to receive mail from or MX record problem?give me the MX Record ?.Are you
hosting you DNS, Can you please check that in DNS the MX record entry is fully
qualified name of the exchange server or the SMTP server. If this all are ok
then try to restart the DNS services?

The MX record are configured properly because It was working this morning, and
I have chacked my event viewer and there is no errors

Is your MX record is configure properly? Can you send the mail out???? Please
give us more detail
To get the external mail you need to congifure you MX Record to point to you
exchange server and to send the mail out you need to configure SMTP Services?.
