New mailbox

This one is quite urgent if anyone can help. I have a client site where
the Exchange Mail boxes were not originally setup with the user accounts
in ADUC i.e the Create Mailbox was NOT checked. Now they want to use
Exchange and Outlook etc. Is there a way to manually create the mailboxes
for these existing users or do I need to delete and recreate the users
accounts again but check the Create an Exchange Mailbox ?
