New Server

Dear Sir
I am using a MS Exchange Server 5.5 at the time in my company, but i am
going to migrate to MS Exchange Server 2000 (A new installed Server) with
a new domain. I want the current server to send an auto reply to any
sender that this mailbox will be expired after one month and that he has
to contact the recepient for the new mailbox.
How can i do that for all the mailboxes on my server???
