He is using a wireless - it works perfectly while he is connected to the network - here at our office - it's when he tries to connect to another network with his wireless card and then use the internet connection for the VPN that we have this problem. There are so many uknown factors - I don't know if I will ever get it solved -this has been going on for months and he is ready to throw Outlook out the window - and go back to AOL which I am not real fond of.
