New Issue - Relaying

How do you work around this error
Permanent Failure: 550_5.7.1 Unable to relay for ***@***.org
I recently set up a SPAM control service which means only allowing relays
from their servers externally -
Now I got the above problem to one of the men in our office - naturally the
pres of the company -
I left one MX record coming to our org so mail would still get through - but
now it failed so I am wondering how I can work around this issue.
The person they are sending to is exempt from the spam servers because he
wanted all his email to come through so he would not have to check somewhere
to see if something accidently got caught.
