Just put another NIC in your Exchange server and tell Exchange to listen
to all IP's on that computer.  You'll also need to add another MX record
to your DNS for the domain(s).

hi all,

  I am searching for an advice i,e Can we Give a secondary ip to my
exchange server so that if one network goes down the mails must
automatically route through other network. Please give a suggestion if
my idea is correct or not??or else suggest me the way so that i can go
ahead. I will be very much thankful regarding the help.
