Need Help !...

Hi All,
Three of our users have sent an email over Internet to yahoo.com,
palmet.com and their emails were delivered 160 times. And I don't understand
how this happens?
Any idea?
PS : I've written this problem before and complaints are increasing here.
And both the client and server are clean (Wescanned with Norton 7.5)
We're using exchange 5.5 sp4
