Name not able to be resolved by my exchange 2k server

THIS IS DRIVING ME OVER THE EDGE!
My outlook 2k client will not resolve the name from the address list on my
exchange 2k server.
Outlook express works and so does OWA.
This is a test enviroment with only 3 people mailbox including me. I have
run through 4 days of testing and can't figure this out. All the obviuos
has been checked eg. nslookup, ping, DNS and WINS.
Any suggestions would be great I will try them
