NTDSNoMatch utility

Hi All,
Does anyone know that I can run this utility now,
import the text file into Exchange 5.5, and then leave
it that way for a couple of weeks, and then run it
again and import again? Will this harm anything or
create duplicates in the Custom Attribute field?
