NEED HELP - EX2K goes to strange

hi guys,
can anyone help me with this ?
my ex2k is going to strange, can't send and only rcv.
i check the smtp, it's ok. but the queue is grow up.
so i planned to use a back up. i try to export mailboxes
using exmerge.exe but error, and it say that maybe the information
store not functioning, or logon account can't access the mailboxes.
is there anyway to export all the mailboxes or what account should i used ?
now i'm using "administrator" account.
