An update:
If I set this field to my own e-mail address, it works fine. If I set
it to a colleagues, it also works fine. If I set it to a distribution
list e-mail address... Nothing goes through.
Any idea why?

You have to go to the SMTP server properties, messages tab and add your
email address in the "Send copy of Non-delivery reports to" box. Else
you won't recieve anything.

Hi,
NDRs are being sent to the senders, but we (administrators) are not
receiving them. I have set postmaster@xxxxxxxx as one of my e-mail
addresses (not the primary) but I'm still not getting anything.
Am I doing something wrong, do I have to do something else?
