A common problem is your public DNS is not resolving reverse lookups.

I HAVE ONLY ONE SERVER IN MY COMPANY , AND THIS SERVER CONTAIN (DNS,
ACTIVE DIRECTORY , AND EXCHANGE ... AND OF COURSE PUBLIC IP ADDRESS).
I THINK THE PROBLEM IN MY POP3 , SOME OF THEM SAY SMTP , BUT I HAVE ONLY
ONE SERVER WITH ONE DOMAIN CONTROLAR ....
