Only if you are willing to assign non-standard ports to SMTP (port 25),
POP (port 110) and other relevant protocols.  Only HTTP supports multiple
virtual hosts on a single IP on the same port 80 via "host headers".  The
other protocols do not understand "host headers" or anything equivalent to
it.
