Check for mail looping. Sounds like this may well be a possibility.
Also why don't you push for the implementation of OWA or a VPN
connection if you have quite a number of users that need access whilst
on the move?

Dear everybody
I am using Exchange 2000 server for mailing in my organization.
For my sales users I forward their mails to their personal id (internet
id like yahoo and hotamil) when they are rooming.
But the problem is that the one mail at my mail server is forwarded 10
-15 times in to personal id.
Can any body help me how to stop this multiple forwarding of one mail?
