You most certainly can do a standard "Move Mailbox" from the Exchange
Server 2003 ESM, if it's in the same organization.

ESM (or ADU&C) doesn't really care what edition Exchange is involved.

hi,

you can not move mail boxes from ESM.

use EXMARGE utility to move mail boxes .

oR

use Active directory users and computers snap-in to move mailboxes to
different computer.

make sure that echange 2003 in installed into existing organisation.

if you are moving mail boxes to different organisation on exchange
2003....
then you must use exmrge utility.....

depending on your infrastructure you can choose option to follow.
