Mark

Have you actually tried sending mail to the mailbox. It doesn't get
created until a mail goes into it.

Mark,

When I right click over a user and select Exchange tasks the Wizard
appears. When I choose next, I see delete mailbox and install instant
messaging. I am guessing that this move mailbox feature is part of the
administrative tools on the Exchange 2000 server disk. What do you
think?

Thanks

Bill

        Bill,

What exactly do you mean by "was created in my offline address
book"?

So when you right click over the account in Active Directory
Users and Computers, and then select Exchange Tasks, what do you see?

        Good afternoon,

I am presently using a Exchange 2000 box running Window 2K
SP3. While creating a new mailbox, I discovered the mailbox was created
in my Offline Address Book instead of my Priv edb. When I attempted to
move the mailbox out of one location to the other, I learned that the
move option in the Exchange Wizard was not present? Can anyone tell me
how to install the move mailbox feature on my Exchange box?

        r/Bill
