Moving Mailbox stores From one Drive to Another

Help,
I'm running E2K on W2K and I need to move some mailbox and public folder
stores from one drive to another. Can I just dis-mount the stores and
then modify the path under the database tab? Any insight would be
helpful...I have drawn a blank and can't remember.
