Leave the M: alone, it is not a real drive, it's a virtual representation of the drive that Exchange is installed on, do not play with the M: Log files are very important, and will be purged when you perform a full online backup of your Exchange Storage Groups using an Exchange aware backup program such as the Windows Backup program on your Exchange server.
