We have a test server installed that we are testing on the seperate Org but
I can't move it over, keeps giving the error "connection could not be made
to teh remote directory service poss due to network failure. Make sure
directory services are running"
Any ideas???????????

Thankyou

It could be a long project depending on the size of the orgs.... A little
more info please..

One approach is to create a swing server in the original site.. Newly built
with the same patches, address templates and language packs as the org that
you will be moving into. Then move the swing server into the new site..When
u build the swing server.. Just make sure u don't install an IMC or Event
Service.. Double check your address book for funky characters. Why the
swing server... Well this forces you to move mailboxes,, mailbox corruption
will not move.. So you pretty much ensure that you have a very clean
database!...

thanks

We are running NT 4.0 on our exchange servers with exchange 5.5 SP 4, moving
to a different Organisation. Trust relationship is working between both
sites with Static WINS addresses on both domains.
