We are running NT 4.0 on our exchange servers with exchange 5.5 SP 4, moving
to a different Organisation. Trust relationship is working between both
sites with Static WINS addresses on both domains.

R u moving Exchange Server or whole Win2K server??
please write in detail because I have done the entire migration of
Exchange 2000 server without any probs few weeks back and it is (the new
server) is working very well..
