Migration

In the near future...I am going to be migrating 6 POs from GroupWise 5.5 to 
Exchange 2000. GW will be around until that location's server is migrated from 
GW to E2K. I know I am going to need the GW Connector, but I am really looking 
for any pitfalls to take note of or any other advice anyone may have.
