Hi Everyone, 


I have a question about a problem with some Apple's users.  Sometime the
receive messages that keep stuck on the mailbox and there is no way to
do any thing. They are not authenticated with the domain, and they are
using as client the regular mail from Apple. The message gives us a hard
time because it is not able to send or receive message and on the event
viewer, I got a lot of POP3 error because of it.


I used the outlook express in a PC machine to receive the messages, but
has one message that looks like isn't going anywhere, even when I tried
to use the OWA.


Message number 1 could not be retrieved. Account.'', Server:
'' Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Unrecognized
internal error: 0x800cce05', Port: 110, Secure (SSL): No, Server Error:
0X800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD 


Please, any suggestions or tools or any clue will be more than welcome,
because I have been dealing with this for a long time and I tried
everything to fix it.
