Doubtful you'll find anything cheaper or free that integrates into Exchange. There is free software that does not require Exchange and does not require Unix/Linux (for one example, google: Mercury server). You may wish to examine why you want it integrated with Exchange. Most inquires I've made about this suggest that I bite the bullet and use majordomo on a UNIX box, but I don't relish the idea of supporting another OS.
