Mailbox store

hi,
i see there's "mailbox, item, size, and storage limits" tabs in mailboxes
store.
if all message for an account have downloaded, then at "total items" tab
should be 0 (zero)
and also "size" change to zero. but today i see at my account, and there's
two total item and two KB size. i've check there's no email. but it still
not changed. how to make it to zero again ?
