If your Exchange 2000 is running on Win2k with Active Directory, you can setup the mailbox limit from the properties page of each user, that is if you want different mailbox capacities per user. Or you can do it from Exchange Server itself, create a policy and do the mailbox limit from there. regards, Arwin
