This would work Raj, but it would be easier to implement as a public folder, as you wouldn't have to deal with adding the mailbox to the user's profile. Just give those folks contributor permission on the public folder and they'll be able to copy stuff into it but won't be able to see the folder contents. That way each user can only see the folder to which they have permissions. You can add the shared mailbox to each users Outlook profile.
